Alerts help you segment, monitor, and take action against account behavior based on their sales, product, and CRM data. For example, you could create an alert to segment all accounts who spent 20% less last month than they did the month before, helping you spot potential churn early.
Inquiries or enquiries are used to dig deeper into your accounts purchase behavior and performance, identify and respond to negative trends, and celebrate positive swings.  It is a powerful tool allowing you to explore your data thoroughly. An inquiry is a way to view all of your sales data in an easy-to-read format and helps answer questions you may have about your accounts, products, and profits. It is similar to a report; some inquiries even have graphs to help visualize your data.
Interactions are a distinct record type linked to either a prospect or account, representing an engagement with a contact, such as a call or meeting. An interaction record includes the date and time of the engagement as well as key details and insights.Interactions help you plan your day and prepare for each engagement. After an interaction is completed, you can quickly capture how it went and what to do next, keeping you organized and your opportunities moving forward.
Recommendations are AI-generated opportunities based on your sales data. Our advanced AI and machine learning models analyze account purchase history to identify products they are likely to buy next. Each recommendation is tied to a specific account and product, and users can act on them and track those actions through Interactions.
