Troubleshooting Users Unable to View Imported Records
Symptom
Non-admin users cannot see records imported into Sugar.
Origin
Records were imported without a team match.
Solution
To resolve this problem, perform a mass update on the records to associate them with a team.
- In the relevant Module, select all of the records that require updating. This may span multiple pages.
- In the Mass Update panel, select the team (e.g. Global) that needs to be applied to these records and click on the Update button.
