Troubleshooting Users Unable to View Imported Records

Symptom

Non-admin users cannot see records imported into Sugar.

Origin

Records were imported without a team match.

Solution

To resolve this problem, perform a mass update on the records to associate them with a team.

  1. In the relevant Module, select all of the records that require updating. This may span multiple pages.
  2. In the Mass Update panel, select the team (e.g. Global) that needs to be applied to these records and click on the Update button.
