Sugar Connect 57.0 (July 20, 2026)

This release updates the Sugar Connect sidebar to version 1.57.0.

Feature Enhancements

• Brand and Logo Updates: Our updated logo is now featured on the login screen and across the Sugar Connect experience, reflecting our SugarAI brand refresh. Learn more about the SugarAI brand evolution in this SugarClub post.

• Meeting Transcript and Recording Automation: Sugar Connect can now automatically sync meeting transcripts and recording links from Zoom and meeting transcripts from Microsoft Teams to their corresponding CRM records.

Fixed Issues

• 99298: Sugar Connect did not notify users when their OAuth token was revoked by the user themselves. Users now receive a distinct message in this scenario.

• 99266: Calendar event synchronization required a manual restart in the occurrence of a sync error. Calendar event synchronization is now automatically retried for up to 24 hours.
